SHIPPING
Orders are processed and packaged within 3-7 business days from the order date, depending on the items.
Shipping fees are non refundable. No exceptions.
Letter mail is untracked and may take longer than expected. If you have any concerns or would like to pay extra for a tracking number, please ensure you choose "tracked shipping" at checkout. If you do not choose this option, you will NOT receive a tracking number.
Please keep in mind that as soon as your package is handed off to the courier, Stec Creations is no longer responsible for any missing or damaged packages. But, do reach out to us if there are any problems.
To avoid disappointment during the holiday season, please be sure to order EARLY! Remember, shipping gets hectic around New Years, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available free of charge. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pick up instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out! When you arrive, your package can be found on the table on the porch, unless otherwise notified.
If your order does not get picked up within 7 days of confirmation pick up email, we will no longer be responsible for the condition of your order once 7 days have passed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please email us at steccreations@hotmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
